Over the years my parents, Bob and Lois Dapp (Dapp Real Estate), and I had opportunities to work with Sam on various real estate business dealings. I always remember him as a very knowledgeable business man and ,most importantly, as a very fine and kind gentleman. As a young man I worked with him on several real estate deals and always admired his interest in the concerns of all parties. I admired his kind disposition and keen business sense. He was a very great man in all respects. I am glad to have known him and I have tried to emulate his nature in my own business dealings with others and in my personal life. God blessed Sam and his loving family. He will be sorely missed by an admiring community of people with kind memories of him, but his kindness and genuine concern for others will continue on in the lives of others like me.
