Obituary of Sandra Posnak

Sandra (Joseph) Posnak, 73, passed away on November 27, 2007 at her home in Vineland. Born in Vineland, she was a lifelong resident. She was a 1952 graduate of Vineland High School and a 1956 graduate of Glassboro State College. Sandra received her Master's Degree in Education from William Patterson College. She was a teacher in the Vineland School system for over 35 years. She taught at Reber & Dane Barse Elementary Schools and Memorial and Landis Intermediate Schools. After retiring from teaching, she had a second career as an entertainment writer who did celebrity interviews, dining reviews and casino entertainment reveiws. Sandra wrote for the Chester County Press, Vineland Daily Journal, The Atlantic City Weekly (Whoot), People Magazine and The New York Post. She was a lifelong member and on the Board of Directors for the Beth Israel Synoguage in Vineland. Sandra was a member of the Sisterhood of Beth Israel Congregation and Hadassah. Her interests included antiquing, writing, but especially spending time with her family and grandchildren.
