Our sympathies go out the Charlie’s family. My father and Charlie were good friends. I remember spending a lot of good times growing up. Charlie taught me how to water ski on the river. Kathy and I had become good friends before I moved to Florida. She is missed also. He will be missed by many. God bless Charlie and family. Sincerely, Bill Mattson and family
