Kathy, you may not remember me, I was Maxine's husband. I wanted to say I was forever grateful for Dave employing me when I was between jobs, even though I had not worked construction before. My deepest condolences to you and your family.

I met Dave in 1972, after graduating from American Institute of Drafting. From text books to the real world, Dave gave me my first office job, working out of the basement of his home in Vineland, N.J. We built several subdivsions, including Stoney Brook and Atlantic City properties. Dave gave me the vision to shoot for the moon; whatever it takes, if you miss, you will be among he stars. Oh, I forgot to say, I am an Afro-American Architectural Engineer, with a Resume from N.Y. to Chicago, from Michigan to Atlanta, from Highrises to Schools from Shopping Centers to Subdivisions. Dave gave me my first shot at the big stuff. Thanks Dave, R.I.P. T.J. Carter

Although I did not know David, he sounds very much like his brother James; kind, compassionate and loving. May his many wonderful memories of family and friends help you at this most difficult time. My Deepest Condolences, Colleen Burg - Jim Kemenash's sister-in-law
