Nina C. Lascari, 99, of Vineland, passed away on August 23, 2022 at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland. She was born in Lodi, NJ to the late John and Lena Ann Lascari. Nina graduated from Jefferson High School in Lodi and went on to New York University where she received her BS and MS degrees in Home Economics Education & Supervision. She taught for over 30 years starting at Jefferson High School and eventually retired from Vineland High School.

She was very active in the community, teaching adult night school at Vineland High School, and also teaching classes for the American Red Cross.

Nina was a member of the Buena Historical Society, The American Red Cross, and she volunteered at Newcomb Hospital and South Jersey Medical Center as a Eucharistic minister to patients. She was an active member of Saint Padre Pio Parish and also served as a Girl Scout Troop Leader # 95 at St. Mary's Church in the 1960's. Nina loved to travel and traveled quite extensively all over the world.

She is survived by several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Along with her parents she was predeceased by her brother Anthony.

A funeral home visitation will be held on Sunday evening, August 28, 2022 from 4pm to 8pm followed by a prayer service at Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360. There will be an additional visitation on Monday morning, August 29 at Our Lady of Pompeii Church from 10am to 11am followed by a funeral mass 11am from Saint Padre Pio Parish - Church of Our Lady Of Pompeii, 4680 Dante Avenue, Vineland, NJ. Interment will be on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at 10:30am at Saint Francis de Sales Cemetery in Lodi, NJ.
