"Have a seat here. I have some coffee ready and I'll cut you a piece of cake." Those were the words I looked forward to every fall when I come by to see Kathy and Tony. I had never eaten Jewish Apple Cake before meeting Kathy, and she made sure I never left without a second piece wrapped in tinfoil. Our visits were always to go over the insurance, but by the second one, they were just three people enjoying coffee, cake and conversation. My fall calendar isn't complete until I have them on it.
