First and foremost, this kind of loss is sad, tragic and so hard for any of us to accept. The pain of losing a parent is deafening to one's heart. I will surely miss his presence at family gatherings when everyone would get to hooting and hollering and having a good ole'time. Always a jokester. He loved and cherished his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren without a doubt. Unconditional love that is....
The journey with Frank Sr. and I go back to when Tina and I were dating. Frank comes in from the kitchen holding a doll or GI Joe or something. No big deal I thought. Tina always said he was an avid collector of "things." He begins to tell me that he has come across a very rare and valuable Bruce Lee action figure and he's holding it in his hand. I'm like, OK, kinda cool right. He continues on saying that it's just missing one of it's arms and that if he can just find a matching, original arm somewhere, that this will be worth big bucks one day. Now I realize that the missing arm was replaced with a very muscular Hulk Hogan arm that really didn't match up to Bruce's other arm to say the least. Now I am thinking what the hell did I get in to here. I mean his Daughter Tina is beautiful and all that, but I'm a little concerned now. That was one of the many stories about "stuff" that will become some of the fondest memories of my father-in law.
I want everyone to just remember that he wasn't collecting just "stuff." He was making and collecting memories for himself and his family. Truly priceless to us all. Those memories will forever pay dividends to all of us for sure.
Frank is no longer restricted by his body and flesh, but free to move on to the next chapter of his existence. It's hard to understand what our true purpose is on this planet, but his journey is not over yet. Frank is well on his way to reconnect with long, gone family and friends, and has undoubtedly found that "one illusive" treasure. The eternal warmth and love of His Saviour, Jesus Christ......P.S., Hopefully, Frank finds that missing Bruce Lee arm too. Your son-in-law, Chris.

I am sad of your passing, though you are gone, I thank God for the privilege of being a part of your life. I am going to miss sitting in my kitchen while you talked my ears off and everyone hid in the living room. I'm going to miss watching you eat all them crabs picking them clean till all the meat was gone. I'm going to miss all the yard sales we used to have at our house together that was time well spent. I want to thank you for allowing me to marry your daughter Anna for this I have the family I have today and the honor of having you and your family in mine I thank you for your daughter. I lost you, but I did not lose you, as a model of my wife's life she is a constant reminder of you she is your twin and has your passion.
I hope you find Eternal peace and salvation you deserve.
Rest in peace till we meet again.
Your son in law HOSS

Dear Dad
The moment that you left me
My heart was split in two
One side was filled with memories
The other side died with you
I often lay awake at night
When the world is fast asleep
And take a walk down memory lane
With tears upon my cheek
Remembering you is easy
I do it everyday
But missing you is a heartache
That never goes away
I hold you tightly within my heart
And there you will remain
Forever

I’ll remember many things of Frankie, but mostly his kind heart and beautiful soul. He was always a friendly man and was very good to my dad during the end of his life. We will surely miss Uncle Frankie, but one thing is for certain. He is home with the Lord looking down on everyone and smiling that wonderful smile he always had on his face. Be at peace to know that lord can give beautify for ashes and turn graves into gardens. He also turns mourning to dancing and will always comfort those who are mourning those they have held dear to them. Prayers for all of the family in this time for comfort, peace, and wisdom.

Words can’t describe how loosing you feels, I’m trying my best to stay strong and stay busy but it’s eating me up inside. Ever since us grandchildren were little we would drive you crazy to play your video games. We used to love watching movies with you and have you tell us the entire movie before it even started. You’re one of the very few people I can talk to for hours without a moment of awkward silence. You told us the wildest stories and had a crazy sense of humor. I used to love coming over and seeing what kind of crap you would bring home and have me help you look up what you can sell it for. Just for you to say “wooow you see that Fran, I paid $2 and this is worth $60.” Even though mommom would call us crazy and yell at you for bringing it home moments like that are what I’ll always think about. I’m going to miss going to the flea market every weekend and sneaking you cheesesteaks and different foods you told me not to let mommom know you ate cause you were sick of eating everything “turkey’. I’m going to miss going to stores and buying you random things I know you would like but I’ll sure still look at them and think of you. I’m going to miss fishing with you and going to baseball games with you. I just sit here just imagining if I couldn’t get one more phone call from you to fix one of your games and have one more conversation with you what I would say. It’s so hard to loose someone who was still filled with so much life and good energy I can’t process it. I know you’re in a better place now. I promise you I’ll help take care of mommom by bringing her out and go visit and call regularly. You may have been taken from us but your memories will live on forever. I love you Poppop.

When I first met you I only talked to you and played with you from a distance. After that I could not wait to get to your house so I can play with you. I walked in the kitchen and always said where is pop pop an then ask mom mom for a comb and lotion for pop pops hair. When it was time to leave I ran to the door & knocked on the glass to wave just to see your funny faces or the reaction you would give me to make me laugh. I Love you pop pop! My sympathy and prayers are with you all during this time. May the Lord comfort you and help you during this difficult time.
In your hands, O Lord,
we humbly entrust our brothers and sisters.
In this life you embraced them with your tender love;
deliver them now from every evil
and bid them eternal rest.
The old order has passed away:
welcome them into paradise,
where there will be no sorrow, no weeping or pain,
but fullness of peace and joy
with your Son and the Holy Spirit
forever and ever.
Amen.

A smile that could hug.
A laugh that could hold.
Memories from now and then,
Will grow far from old.
Both the ones that make us smile,
and the ones where we now cry.
We have so much more to celebrate,
and here’s the reason why.
Once you meet a person,
and know a person’s soul.
They steal a place in your heart,
and make it just a little more whole.
Then something makes you realize,
Just how much their worth.
And their memory becomes a legacy,
That can’t be replaced on earth.

This is one of the hardest things to do is letting you go, you were definitely a joker and my memories will be filled of all the crazy stuff you use to do like when you tried picking me up from school and snapped on my teachers because you were at the wrong building, or all the scary stories you would tell us I would always go home and have nightmares, looking through all your new knife books you would always get, or showing me some crazy thing you bought at the flea market, I remember going to the back of your truck as a little kid seeing flare guns and fire works you would of never know what it is you would of bought, you could of put sand in a jar and sold it, true salesman he was. you will always be loved and never forgotten, poppop I am not ready to let you go but your in better hands now.
Rest In Peace A True grandfather I know you will be always watching over me. LOVE YOU FOREVER
