Your father, grandfather was a special man. I knew him from church. He knew my mom and dad for years living in East Vineland, so he only knew of me through them. When we would see Him at church he would always say “hello Janet”. It at first amazed me that an 80something would not only know but remember my name! I myself am bad with first names! Lol.
He was a very religious and special man who will sadly missed by all who knew him. May God comfort you through this sorrowful time and know that he is now reunited with Ellen and our Heavenly Father. So sorry for your loss.
Sincerely,
Janet Vernacchio

So very sad to hear of Uncle Larry's passing. My prayers are with the family who loved him. He was always a very kind and loving man and always had a smile. I will always remember him teaching me to cook polenta while he was visiting my grandparents in Evansville. He filled my belly and warmed my heart. Sending prayers for peace and love during this time of grief.

My heart is so sad, to hear that Uncle Larry has passed. While I didn’t actually see him very much, he always made me feel welcome and loved when we were together. From times when I was little and hanging out on the swing in his back yard and going to the beach, where Robert picked up a stinging jellyfish, to my wedding day where he slipped me a 50 dollar bill during the dollar dance, Uncle Larry was always loving and fun.
My family and I will miss him.
Love to all, Lisa

Lauren and Ron, while we never met your Dad, we feel we learned to know and love him through the two of you. one the past several years. His obituary is so beautifully written and such a tribute to his life's work in God's graces! You both must be so proud of him, a life well lived and one that can never be replaced. We love you both, Jim and Connie

Dear Elaine, Lauren and Robert,
It makes my heart heavy knowing we've lost another anchor. I loved your dad so very much and thought of him as another father of sorts. Some of my best childhood memories are from the times we spent in Vineland and when your family would come to PA. Our three week long trip "out west" was the best. He patiently taught me how to be a camper. In the evenings, we would sit around the campfire and sing along as he and Aunt Bobbie played guitar/ukulele.
While these challenging times are preventing us from attending his funeral and being there for the family, please know we love you all and will be pausing and reflecting on his life on Friday while you are honoring him. May God bless you.
Love,
Cindy

My memory of uncle Larry is his special bear hugs! He was so warm and loving. I’m so glad we got to see him last year and listen to his stories. He will truly be missed. Aunt Ellen and uncle Larry were my Godparents, and now are together again for eternity.

I fondly remember Uncle Larry, we usually only saw the family during reunions. Barb and I spent some time at their home one summer. Played with Elaine, Lauren, Robert, sorry, not so much.went to the creek to swim, played with Rudy and Doris Tamanini. Danced to 60’s music. Once we got to go to the shore with them, Uncle Larry untiringly threw us up and into the waves. He was always kind and welcoming. He will sorely be missed. Love to all in heaven.
