My thoughts, prayers and condolences to the Marolda Family during this difficult time. I worked with Vincent at ISO for 3 years; I was just a young kid starting out and Vincent could not have been more welcoming and helpful. He loved his work, but I could tell he loved people even more the way he interacted with everyone in the office. I have two very distinct memories of him that I'd like to share - 1. Some of us in the office knew he loved to teach and that he was fluent in Italian therefore we asked him to start teaching Italian (101). He graciously accepted and taught many of us once a week during lunch time. We all had a blast and the turnout was incredible - he was a natural born story teller and teacher. 2. The day Vincent retired in 2005, we were all sad to see him go but excited for him to start the next chapter in his life. Me and my friends all respected him so much that we wanted to send him off with another memory so we brought him to lunch at our favorite place in Hoboken to get a burger and a beer. We spent nearly 2 hours eating, drinking and sharing stories. I've been at ISO/Verisk for 19 years now and that remains 1 of the best days of my career. Vincent was one of kind and I will miss him terribly.
Rest in Peace old friend...
Respectfully,

I was saddened to learn of Vincent's recent passing. I was a junior business associate of Vincent when he served as our operating unit's senior financial officer. While we spent just a few years together at ISO, I will forever remember Vincent as the consummate professional and true gentleman in every sense of the word. I'm sure my former ISO colleagues would agree that we were all truly fortunate to have crossed paths with such a special man. My heartfelt condolences go out to the entire Marolda family on their loss. May the many fond memories of Vincent gladden your heart during this difficult time.
