Joe was an Honorary Member of the Vineland Knights of Columbus with 38 years of Service. He was a Past Grand Knight and 4th degree member. Joe ran the 2nd Sunday Breakfast for many years and was always willing to lend a hand where ever and whenever needed. He lived the 4 core principles of Knighthood: Charity to all; Unity with his Church; Fraternity with his brother Knights and Patriotism towards his Country! We will be missed by many. May his soul rest in peace.

Linda, Lea and Joey, I send you my deepest condolences in the loss of your husband/father. I have very fond memories of him sitting at the kitchen table at pop pop’s and just talking about everything and anything. Pop pop loved his company. He especially loved and appreciated the help your husband/ dad gave him when it was time to set up the gazebo for the summer. I included a picture of that I had of him helping. I have so many memories over your house and being in your pool. While we would swim or sit by the pool, Joe/your dad would always be working on some kind of gardening project. If he wasn’t doing that, I remember him bringing ginger outside to explore the pool area. He always keep a close eye on that cat. I’m sure he was welcomed to the giant kitchen table in the sky where the coffee always flows and the conversations never end . He is no longer suffering and is with good friends and family.
Love, Jennine Gibbons

Thank you, cousin , for the very kind words. Dad did always take great pride in his garden. He would spend hours tending to the crops he planted. He very much loved Uncle Joe, too, and enjoyed their visits. I bet they are both enjoying lots of Italian food in heaven. Ginger cat loved dad and their time outside. We miss dad dearly but we are also grateful that he is no longer suffering. <3

Dear Linda, Lea and Joey,
Words cannot express how deeply saddened we were to read about Joe’s passing. Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers. I know that he was suffering and is at peace now and his pain is gone. These current times make it so difficult to be with you but hopefully this will soon pass and our lives will get back to some semblance of order. Lea and Joey, take care of your beautiful Mother!
With deepest sympathies,
Love,
Betty and Chuck McManus

Here's a candle in memory of you, dad. Keep watch over us and all your friends who loved you dearly. Make sure you tell your mom and dad all about us...Also, tell my Sasha kitty I said HELLO. We miss you, dad. Thank you for teaching me how to take pride in nature, gardening, and for instilling a hardworking attitude in me. Till me meet again...one day......

Aunt Linda, Leah & Joey,
Such a beautifully written memorial to celebrate a beautiful life, well lived.
I was deeply saddened to hear of Uncle Joe's recent passing -my thoughts and prayers are with all of you. As a child I always remember Uncle Joe and my Father smiling and laughing whenever they were together at family gatherings -you could usually find them standing by the grill tending to well done meat, or back in the garden inspecting that year's crop of vegetables -all memories I hold near and dear to my heart! May memories such as those, and many others, remind you of happier times and comfort you in the days to come.
