Obituary of Doris P. DiPaola

Doris (Pepper) DiPaola, 80, of Vineland passed away peacefully on Friday, December 8, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. Doris was born in Vineland, to the late Lawrence Pepper Sr. and Attilena (Giannetti) and was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School, Vineland and Pierce Business School, Philadelphia. She was employed at Venice Maid Company and later at Tri City Products as a secretary, both of which were family owned and operated businesses. Doris enjoyed traveling with friends, spending summers in Sea Isle City, winters on Sanibel Island, reading, antiquing, collecting turtles, clowns and especially spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Pi Sorority for many years, and the Executive Secretary for the St. Augustine Gregor Mendel Award Dinner for 37 years. Doris is survived by her mother, Attilena (Giannetti) Pepper, her son, Alfred F. DiPaola Jr., her daughter and husband Carleen and Robert Greco, her brother and wife, Lawrence and Lynn Pepper Jr., 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and loving relatives and friends. She was predeceased by. her husband, Alfred F. DiPaola, Sr. and daughter Angela M. DiPaola . A Church Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 9:30am to 11:30 followed the Funeral Mass at 12:00 noon from Christ The Good Shepherd Parish - Church Of Sacred Heart, 1010 East Landis Avenue, Vineland.
