I was making a special effort to contact the family of William to send my condolences, and to bring you some comfort from the scriptures which I found to be consoling with a wonderful hope for the future. Notice what it says in John 5:28, 29, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out..." Also Revelation 21:4 says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." So this is very encouraging what God promises for the future, and in God's appointed time we will see the reality. Again, my condolences for your loss. Please visit the jw.org website for answers to many Bible questions.

Mary Ellen,
Today, remember the love of your life, Bill
when he gave you free and constant patience.
Tomorrow, remember the next valuable gift from Bill.
Surely the heart ache of losing Bill will be very deep.
"To everything
there is a season and
a time for every matter under heaven;
A time to be born, and a time to die;
a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted,
A time to kill, and a time to heal;
a time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn, and a time to dance; . . ."
Ecclesiates 3: 1 - 4
love and prayers,
Mary Anne and Craig

Though we weren't related by blood, William Holman was always a cherished member of the family. I have many memories of time spent with him and his wife at their house for visits and at holiday gatherings. Of times where he would tell jokes or prank me, (especially when I was younger and he would take out his false teeth to scare me.) There was never a dull moment around him. My condolences go out to all of his family, blood and otherwise. Uncle Bill will be missed but I'm sure he is at peace.
