Obituary of Maryann G. Borden

Maryann (Patrone) Borden 84, of Vineland, on the morning of February 7, 2015, passed away after an extended illness, surrounded by her family. Maryann was born in Vineland on January 25, 1931, she was one of four children. She attended Sacred Heart School and graduated from Rowan University. She had three children of her own after marrying Edward Borden. Maryann dedicated many years of her life to the students of Hopwell Township Elementary School as an educator. She was involved in the community in many ways such as, the choir of St. Francis of Assisi church (Devine Mercy Parish), the Grandparents Association, and the St. Vincent de Paul. Maryann loved her designer handbags, and flashy jewelry, and looked forward to get togethers with her friends, playing cards, or catching up over a meal.
