I wish I could be there to say this-Peggy & I were friends but then our divorces, families, & our illnesses brought us down seperate roads; but she will always be a part of my memories & I will smile when I have them. I am so sorry for your loss. She is at peace, at last! I know it doesn't make you miss her less but in time it will be a comfort. Sincerely, Mrs. Chew

Dear Dana, Christi and families, Dave and I both are saddened to hear about the loss of your mom. We have known your parents since before they were married. The memory of your mom that most sticks out in my mind was after Davey died. Your mom came to our house the very next day and recognized that I needed to escape the atmosphere here. She and I took a much needed walk around the block. I still remember it 17 years later. As the years have passed we both became mom-moms and connected mom-mom to mom-mom whenever our paths would cross. She loves all of you so much! We won't be able to attend the service this afternoon as I have bronchitis and am still in the contagious stage, and Dave is over in Iraq. Please know that you all will be in our thoughts and prayers. Lolly Kenna

Having been a nurse for over 15 years, I have met many, many wonderful people. But, never in all those years have I ever met someome (even though so briefly) who touched my soul the way your mother did. I still can't put my finger on what exactly it was that drew me to her, but I feel compelled to tell you how strong the connection was. I have prayed for your mother and you (her daughters) ever since I met her back in December. I feel strongly that it has been my priviledge to have met her. May God bless you lovely ladies and your families at this time and throughout your lives. Avis Mesi, RN, Radiology Dept., Regional Medical Center
