Obituary of Rita Spadoni

Rita Spadoni, 88, of Vineland, passed away on Friday evening, December 18, 2009, after an extended illness. Mrs. Spadoni was born and raised in Vineland, where she was a life-long resident. She was the 2nd of seven children born to the late Louis and Virginia Raffaelli. She spent many years working with her husband, Angelo, on the family farm. She was happiest when helping others and was an active member of the Altar Rosary Society at Our Lady of Pompeii Church. She is survived by sons and daughter-in-laws, James and Shary Spadoni, Larry and Sue Spadoni and daughter Arlene Spadoni; 5 grandchildren, Chris Spadoni and his wife Julia, Jena and her husband Scott Gutzwiller, Tara Spadoni, Aaron Spadoni and his wife Jenna and Tiffany Fatur and her husband Roy; two great-grandchildren, Sophia Rae and Zoe, and her brothers: Joseph, Peter and his wife Grace, Mario and his wife Katherine and brother-in-law John Spadoni and his wife Freida and sister-in-law Clara Nani; as well as many dear nieces, nephews and cousins. Rita was predeceased by her husband of 67 years, Angelo, in September 2009.
