Francis R. Smaniotto, 70, passed away on March 27, 2007 at South Jersey Regional Medical Center in Vineland. Born and raised in Vineland, Francis was a lifelong resident. He worked on the family farm until the age of twenty-one. Francis then worked for forty years as a bricklayer for B.A.C Local #5 before retiring in 1999. He was a Guardsman for six years out of the Vineland Armory. Francis was a member of the Buena Jay-cee's, and a volunteer fireman for East Vineland Fire Company #2. He was a parishioner of the Saint Padre Pio Parish and its Senior Club. Francis enoyed gardening, refinishing furniture, crosswords & Jigsaw puzzles and traveling. Most of all, his first priority was his family.
