Obituary of Grace Mary Saporito

Grace Mary Saporito, 85, passed away on October 1, 2007 at her home in Blackwood. Born in Pittston, PA to the late Joseph & Concetta (Pardo) Latona, Grace is mother of Father Peter Saporito and Carmella Houck. She lived in Trenton before moving to Blackwood where she remained a long-time resident. Grace was employed as a seamstress for various clothing companies and was a member of the Ladies International Garment Workers Union. She was a parishioner of the Saint Agnes Parish in Blackwood and the church Senior's Club as well as a parishioner of the Saint Padre Pio Parish in Vineland where her son serves as church Pastor. Grace was a member of the Gloucester County Senior Club and the Hider Lane Senior Club. She prayer her rosary daily and Novena to the miraculous medal. Grace enjoyed cooking for her family and many priests. She also enjoyed trips to the Atlantic City casinos and spending time with her family and friends. Grace greatly looked forward to meeting her soon to be Great Great Granchild, Grace.
