Oh, too soon Fred! Way too soon!!! We were first cousins. Although our lives drifted apart afterward, we were close during our childhoods, field baseball, 'the woods', the dawning awareness of 'girls'. Fred and I were the same age. Gosh, even then he was so handsome! But, unlike many 'pretty faces', Freddie (as we called him then) had depth too. And that engineering mind. And the remarkable sense to later find and marry LeeAnn, who made his life complete (for which I envied him). Unbeknown to us both, we gave one of our sons the same name (William). LeeAnn and kids, Margret and Ronnie, I am so sorry that you have been dealt this blow. It will remain one of life's mysteries how a guy like Fred could be torn away from us so suddenly. It is not right!

Dear Lee-Ann, I remember when you and Fred were dating. You told me about how Fred used to freeze his garbage. We laughed about it, but I knew then that you would marry him. I am sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Fred always seem to appear very quiet on the outside which illuminated his wonderful soul on the inside. I've had some great conversations with him in the past and you could always see the great love he had for his wife & family and I hope & pray for all of them they keep that inside to help them cope & to celebrate life he had here with all of them. With love, cousin Debbie
