Obituary of James Howard Popwell

James H. Popwell, 68, of Vineland passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at home, surrounded by his family. Born in Calera, Alabama to the late Adolphus and Cecile (Smith) Popwell. He was a resident of Vineland for most of his life. James served in the U.S. Army for six and a half years active duty and in combat during the Vietnam War. He served as an honor guard at Arlington National Cemetery. He also served two years in the Pentagon. James was previously employed by Alcatel Vacuum Products as Senior Sales Executive for the East Coast and traveled extensively. He was a member of the American Vacuum Society. James enjoyed hunting turkey and deer and walking in the woods.
