Obituary of Albert J. Mercoli

Albert Joseph Mercoli, 85, of Vineland passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Manor Care Rehabilitation in Voorhees. He was born in Landisville to the late Massimo and Aldacisa (Fiocchi) Mercoli. He was a 1942 graduate of Vineland High School and a graduate of Wharton School of Business. Albert was an industrial engineer for Owens Illinois for many years and after retirment worked for MDS Laboratories as a carrier and a consultant for Ace Glass. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, 4th degree knight, a member of Sons of Italy and the Italian American Club. Albert enoyed gourmet cooking and specialized in Italian dishes , especially roasts. He was an avid golfer who made his own golf clubs. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
