Obituary of Antonio Mennone

Antonio "Tony" Mennone, 80, passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2010, at Cooper University Hospital. Born in Vineland to the late James and Mary (Porrecca) Mennone, he was a lifelong Millville resident. Tony was a 1948 graduate of Vineland High School and Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. He was a registered pharmacist. He was employed at Vineland Drug, Winslow's Pharmacy and the Vineland Delevlopmental Center pharmacy. He was a member of the Memorial Presbyterian Church where he was Clerk of Sessions and an Elder. He was very active in the Vineland Historicial Society and volunteering for the annual "Founder's Day" and the Palace of Depression restoration. He was a member of the Sons of Italy Club. He is survived by his brother John Menone of Vineland, his sister Diane Melfi of Vineland, Nieces and nephews, Marlene, David and Donald Paterno, Nick, Diane and Sharon Melfi, Joanne, Patty and Lisa Menno. He was predeceased by his brothers Andrew and Patsy, his sisters Charlotte Farside, Margaret Paterno and Pauline D'Agostino.
