Edward Lang "Nick" Massaro, 73 of Vineland died Friday October 12, 2007 at his residence. Born in Buena to the late Michael and Philomena (Scarpa) Massaro before moving to Vineland where he remained a lifelong resident. NIck attended Vineland public schools where he played in the pitching position on the Vineland High School Baseball team. He was inducted into the Greater Vineland Hall of Fame Baseball League, where he later played on the Semi-Pro Vineland Baseball league. Nick went on later to try out for the NY Giants Pro Baseball Team. He was employed as Manager of the Tri County Armored Guard Company in Vineland for 22 years before his retirement form Pedroni Oil Company as a truck driver. Nick enjoyed the horse races, and playing golf. He loved spending time with his family especially attending the sports events of his grandchildren.
