Obituary of Diane Marroccelli

Diane Marroccelli, 72, of Carney's Point and formerly of Vineland, passed away on Friday, April 20, 2012. Diane was born in Bloomfield, NJ, Essex County, August 3, 1939. She graduated from Bloomfield High School class of 1957. Following high school, Diane worked as a Service Clerk for The Prudential Insurance Company of America in Newark, NJ. Diane's greatest accomplishment and her source of pride and joy was her son Michael. She enjoyed drinking her coffee, making latch hook rugs, building puzzles, reading the Bible, the peaceful outdoors and spending time with her three grandsons. Diane was preceded in death by her parents Thomas Marroccelli and Jennie Marroccelli. She was a proud mother to her only son Michael and daughter-in-law Theresa of Vineland, a loving grandmother to her grandsons Timothy, Dante, and Matthew Marroccelli also of Vineland. Diane is survived by brothers Elpedio (Peter) Marroccelli and Michelina (Mickey) of Las Vegas, NV, Thomas Marroccelli and Carol of Tom's River, NJ, and several nieces and nephews. Diane was a happy-go-lucky, kind and giving person. She was a loving mother and doting grandmother who always greeted everyone with a cheerful smile. Diane was greatly loved and will be sadly missed by her family.
