Obituary of Rosalie Ann Ruberti

Rosalie Ann (Peretti) Ruberti of Vineland passed away peacefully on Friday October, 25, 2024. Rosalie loved God and her family, playing the Organ and Disney. She loved to entertain in her home, around her pool and was well known for her delicious homemade pizza and desserts. She spent many years as an organist in church starting at the age of 10 at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Buena (now known as Our Lady Of The Blessed Sacrament Church of St. Michael). She directed many choirs and would lovingly reminisce about all of her "Choir Girls". Throughout her years as an organist she played for many weddings, funerals as well as entertaining at Christmas at the Vineland State School. She began playing at the Bishop McCarthy Chapel while her aunt was a resident. She would continue to play there not just for Sunday mass but for daily convocation and praying the rosary. She dedicated 37 years there until 2020 when Covid kept her away. She loved the residents and the workers and was happy serving them. She was nominated by her Bishop McCarthy family for her years of volunteering and received a Hometown Hero Award in 2017. She lived out her last two years of life there at Bishop McCarthy Rehabilitation Center and still to this day has a parking space with her name on it from her volunteering days. There were many organizations that kept Rosalie busy, The Woman's Club, The Catholic Daughters, The Republican Party, and the Jaycettes, just to name a few. She is survived by her son Robin R. Ruberti (Charlene); her daughter Renee R. Davis (Doug); grandchildren, Jennifer Kent (Brian), Jaime Bader (Andrew), Anthony Ruberti, and Hunter Davis (Lynnse); three great-grandchildren, Bryce & Bailey Bader and Leanna Davis. She is also survived by her sister and best friend Geraldine Zorzi as well as many loving nieces and nephews. Rosalie was predeceased by her husband of 58 years Ronald R. Ruberti; her parents Joseph & Rose Peretti; sister Lorraine Trapani and her brother Anthony Peretti Sr. A funeral home visitation will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 12pm to 1pm followed by a Memorial service at 1pm from Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland. Inurnment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland.
