Obituary of Rosemarie Arcangeli

Rosemarie Arcangeli, 86 of Newfield passed away on June 19th, 2024 at Preferred Care of Cumberland. Rosemarie was born in New York to the late Anthony Meandro and Maria (Mortara) Meandro, she grew up in Vineland and graduated from Vineland High School in 1956 which is where she met her husband of 56 years, Fred Arcangeli Sr., who passed away in 2020. Rosemarie worked for Bell Telephone in Vineland before marrying her high school sweetheart Fred and would then move to Newfield where they raised their family. She enjoyed bowling, being involved in her children's school functions and being a member of the Edgarton Memorial PTA. She was also involved in helping to run the family business, Lee Farms. She is survived by her four children, Denise Brewer, Fred Arcangeli Jr., (Judy), David Arcangeli, Dina Mancus (Chris); seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is also survived by her brother Robert Meandro (Jane) and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her husband and parents, Rosemarie was predeceased by her brothers, Anthony Meandro Jr. and Fred Meandro. A funeral home visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 from 10am to 11am followed by a funeral service at 11am at Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland.
