Obituary of Louise M Costante
Louise Costante, 94, of Vineland passed away on November 30, 2023. Born in Philadelphia on June 28, 1929, she moved to Vineland with her family in 1950 and later worked as a seamstress in a clothing factory.
Louise married her husband, Edward Costante Sr., on June 30, 1951. Together, they owned and operated the successful tire and auto business, Ed Costante Tire, for more than four decades. Louise and Ed had four sons.
Louise greatly enjoyed gardening, sewing, watching game shows, doing puzzles, and going to the casinos with her husband. Louise also loved cooking and entertaining at home. She would always ask her guests, "Do you want something to eat?"
She is survived by her sons, Edward A Costante Jr (Maria), Richard Costante (Maggie) and Steven Costante (Woraya "Ying" Yanakitti); daughter-in-law, Maria (Riggin) Costante; eight grandchildren, Stephanie Smith (Brian), Michelle Hamm (Jack), Christopher Costante Jr., Cory Costante, Christina Iadonisi (Matteo), Natalie Costante, Syrena Costante and Sybrena Costante and two great-grandchildren, Sophia Smith and Adeline Smith. She is also survived by her sisters, Dolores Vernacchio, Christine Ejdys, Marie Ferrari and Judith Zeuner (William), as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Louise was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Ed Costante Sr.; son, Christopher Costante Sr.; her parents, Dominick and Christine Miglio; brother, Joseph Miglio and her brothers-in-law, James Vernacchio, Larry Ferrari and Ronald Ejdys.
We will always remember Louise as a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother.
A funeral home visitation will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 8:30am to 10:30am at Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ. A funeral mass will be held at 11am from Saint Padre Pio Parish - Church Of Our Lady Of Pompeii, 4680 Dante Avenue, Vineland. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland.
