Rone Funeral Service 856-691-4222 Stella (Garrison) Dempsey, 81 of Millville passed away peacefully on September 18, 2023 at Genesis Healthcare in Millville. Stella loved painting and especially loved being a "Snowbird" spending her winters in Florida with her husband John. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ellen Plummer; 6 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and her brother, Howard Henry Stella was predeceased by her husband, John Dempsey; daughter, Stella Halbrunner; sister, Grace Whilden; and her brothers, Charles Garrison and Richard Garrison. A burial will be held at Cumberland County Veterans Cemetery, 133 Trench Rd, Bridgeton.
