Obituary of Carol V Corson

Carol Virginia Corson, age 78 of Vineland, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Thursday, 6/8/23 at Bishop McCarthy Residence in Vineland. She was born and raised in Vineland by the late Douglas and Virginia (Martinelli) Pollard. Carol was a lifelong Vineland resident and graduated from Vineland High School in 1964. She attended Peirce College in Philadelphia. Carol married Kenneth E. Corson, son to the late Dr. Kenneth and Margaret Corson of Vineland. She worked various jobs over the years but primarily provided child care for several teachers in the Vineland Public School System. This was her love and passion. She loved caring for babies. Carol enjoyed collecting antiques, porcelain dolls, and decorating her home. She loved listening to Elvis songs and watching hallmark movies. Carol will be sadly missed by her children, Ginny Kington (Robert) of Vineland and Kenny Corson (Tiffany) of Vineland; her 4 grandchildren, Kristopher Bosco, Bobby Kington, Caleb Corson, Grace Corson; her sister, Patricia Pollard, her Brother-in-law, Mark Grussenmeyer, and Nephews, Jon-Mark Grussenmeyer (Grace), and Timothy Grussenmeyer (Charlotte) and great nephews Jamie and Jules; and her beloved cousin Joseph Vanaman (Diane). She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth; her sister, Shirley Grussenmeyer; and her grandson Jonathan. The family will have a private service held at Rone Funeral Home in Vineland. The service will be conducted by Carol's son, Pastor Ken Corson. Carol will be buried at Siloam Cemetery in Vineland.
