Obituary of Gerald Alford

Gerald Alford, 93, of Townsend, DE, passed away peacefully on April 22nd, 2023. Gerald grew up in Vineland a town they loved and never left until his final years. He worked at Glasstron as a glass blower for 30+ years and enjoyed spending time with his family, eating ice cream, and traveling. Gerald will be dearly missed and always remembered. He is survived by his daughter Donna (Harry); his granddaughter Rachael (Matthew), and his grandsons Leonard (Kaytlyn) and David Jr. (Amanda). Gerald was predeceased by his loving wife Marion; his daughters, Karen, Donna Lynn, and Catherine; his brother Phillip; his sister Joan and his parents Phillip and Helen. Our family is grateful to know that Gerald is finally at peace. Everyone is welcomed to attend a funeral home visitation will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023 from 10am to 11am followed by a funeral service at 11am from Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland.
