Obituary of James A Edwards Jr.

Rone Funeral Service 856-691-4222 James A. Edwards Jr., 67, of Vineland passed away on September 14, 2022 at home. He was born in Morehead City, NC to James Sr and Libby Edwards. James served with the US Army, from 1972 to 1975, after his honorable discharge he worked in Norfolk, VA then on to Philadelphia. He worked for RCA, GE, Lockheed, as well as for the US Government for over 20 years. James work took him all over the world to over 25 countries. In Retirement he loved going to the Chestnut Diner to hang with friends and tell stories. You could find him at his favorite stool almost every day. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Nancy Edwards; son, James Edwards III; step-daughter, Megan Logue; his grandchildren, Taylor and Hunter; mother, Libby Jane Edwards; three brothers, Charles, Louis and Daniel Edwards; and his sister, Theresa Hofer. He was predeceased by his father, James A Edwards Sr. A funeral home visitation will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022 from 11am to 1pm followed by a funeral service at 1pm from Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland.
