Obituary of Della J Lillia

Della Lillia, 96, of Buena, NJ, passed away on Aug 27th, 2022 at Vineland Memorial Home. Della was born in Richland. She owned and operated Vets Body Shop and D & R Market with her late husband, Rocco. Family was everything to Della. She adored her grandchildren and great grands. She also loved hosting parties, making elaborate cakes, taking Sunday rides and decorating for Christmas. Della is survived by her daughter, Donna Hensel (Bob); grandchildren Cheri Maurone (Don), Robin DiPatri (Steve) and Dean DiMatteo; great grandchildren Matthew, Sarah, Gina, John, Charlotte, Brooklyn, Bella, Domenic, and Madison; her brother, John Romanini (Ethel) of Kentucky and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 71 years, Rocco Lillia; her daughter and son-in-law, Dolores and Joseph DiMatteo; parents, John and Loretta (Castiglia) Romanini, brother, Louis Romanini; and her sisters Frances Yacovelli and Josephine Miles. A funeral home visitation will be held on Friday September 2, 2022 from 9am to 11am followed by a funeral service at 11am from Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland. Interment will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.
