Obituary of Lenora Herzberg

Lenora (Portner) Herzberg, 83, a lifelong resident of Vineland, passed away on February 13, 2012 at the Greenwood House in Ewing, New Jersey. Her husband of 63 years, Norman Herzberg, passed away in 2010. Mrs. Herzberg was deeply devoted to her family, caring for her mother in her final years, keeping in constant contact with her brothers and sisters, and raising her three sons. Her beloved nieces and nephews were a frequent presence and comfort throughout her life. She is survived by her sons Bruce and his wife Judy of Boston, Robert of Venice, Florida, and Barry and his wife Diane of San Diego, as well as brothers Albert and sister-in-law Rose Miriam, Larry and sister-in-law Joan, and sister Bernice and brother-in-law Jack, grandchildren Anna and Rachel Herzberg, nieces and nephews and good friends. She is predeceased by her sister Ruth and brother-in-law Shep. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at 1:00 pm from Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland. Interment will follow in Alliance Cemetery, Norma.
