Obituary of Marie F Sikking

Marie F. Sikking, 85, of Vineland, NJ, entered into eternal peace on June 24, 2022. Marie was born in Vineland, to the late Lawrence and Sophia (Granato) Marandino on June 6, 1937. Marie along with her husband built and operated Sikking Wholesale Flower Farm for over 50 years. Throughout her life she was an active member of her church. Serving on numerous committees and as a Eucharistic and Hospitality minister. Marie was an avid baker, winning $25,000 for her Hawaiian Pineapple cake in a national baking contest. Marie was predeceased by her loving, devoted husband, Neil, of 61 years. Along with her husband and parents she is predeceased by her son Robert. Marie is survived by daughters and sons-in-law Sandra and Robert Lamcken and Diana and Joe Kurtz; and her daughter Karan Melini and her fiancé Mike Mohr; four grandchildren, Stephanie and Joe Tucciarone, Gino and Candace Pagano, Courtney Bullock, and Jimmy and Kelly Melini; eight great-grandchildren, and nine step-grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-law Jack and Theresa Marandino, Joe and Joan Marandino, and Larry and Kim Marandino; and her sister Delores Byer, as well as many close nieces, nephews and cousins. Her unwavering faith in God supported her in all she did. She found peace in the Lord and being in church always brought out her infectious smile. A church visitation will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2022 from 9:45 to 11:45am, followed by a funeral mass at 12 noon at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish; Saint Michael's Church, 504 S. West Ave., Minotola. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Victories Cemetery, Landisville.
