Obituary of Anthony L Coccaro

Anthony L. Coccaro, 63, passed away unexpectedly on June 15, 2022 in his home in Vineland. Anthony was born in Hammonton, NJ, on September 9, 1958. He graduated from Vineland High School in 1977. Anthony honorably served four years in the United States Marine Corps. He went on to marry his loving wife Mariann, of 43 years, while serving in the military. Anthony went on to pursue a career in law enforcement and retired out of the Atlantic County Sheriff's Department. Anthony is predeceased by his daughter Stephanie Coccaro; parents Rosalie and Peter Coccaro Jr.; brothers Michael and Barry Coccaro; sister in law Sheree Coccaro and mother in law Sara Walsh. He is survived by his wife Mariann Coccaro; daughter Nina Nilson; grandsons Anthony and Christian Coccaro; granddaughter Adriana Nilson; his brother Peter Coccaro III; and his sisters Kimberly Stahlberger, Bonnie (Carlo) Favretto, and Shirley Keepfer; as well as many nieces and nephews. Anthony loved his family and dogs more than anything else in this world. He was an avid San Francisco 49ers fan and enjoyed fishing, softball, and bowling. Anthony will be forever loved and missed by his family. A funeral home visitation will be held on Friday evening, June 24, 2022 from 5pm to 7pm followed by a funeral service at 7pm from Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland.
