Obituary of Robert R Wolf MD

Dr. Robert R. Wolf, MD passed away on May 6, 2022 at 2:30am at Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia at the age of 82. He was born in 1940 and was a long time resident of Woodbury Heights. The last 18 years he resided in Glassboro. He was married to his spouse June for 19 years. Bob is survived by his five children, Deborah, Edward, Evan, Audrey and Randy; nine grandchildren, Julia, Aaron, Adam, Tori, Rachel, Alison, Peter, Claudia and Finn; sister Inga in Florida; his cousin Lorraine and his nephew Jay. He was predeceased by his parents Adolph and Erna Wolf. After graduating from Vineland High School, he earned a double major in economics and pre-med at Rutgers University in New Brunswick in 1961. He earned his medical degree at George Washington University in Washington, DC, followed by an internship at Cooper Hospital. He opened a private family practice in Woodbury Heights and worked there for 45 years. Bob also served six years with the National Guard. The family would also like to thank the cardiac unit at Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia for their dedicated work on Bob's behalf. A graveside service and burial will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 3:00 pm from Alliance Cemetery, 970 Gershal Ave, Norma.
