Obituary of James Thomas Santolini

James Thomas Santolini, affectionally known as "Pork Chop", passed away suddenly on April 20th 2022 at the age of 59. James was born on July 20th 1962 in Morristown NJ. He was a graduate of Vineland High school, class of 1980. In his earlier years, James was active in the boy scouts and achieved the rank of Life Scout and was a member of the Order of the Arrow. He played the tenor saxophone through-out school and joined the band Friction shortly after high school. He was an avid Bruce Springsteen fan. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles. Jim was a professional cook and worked at many local restaurants. Most notability he worked at his family's restaurant, Santolini's in Vineland NJ. He is survived by his sister, Susanne and her husband Vincent Law of Vineland, NJ; brother John Santolini and his wife Debra; and nieces Rachel and Audrey Santolini of Hillsborough, NJ. He is also survived by his aunt Joan Vossen of Annandale NJ; and several cousins. James was James was predeceased by his parents, Concenzio "Jim" and Nancy Santolini; his aunt Mary Ellen Brown; uncle Jack and his wife Barbra Brown; and uncles John L Vossen and Thomas Robert Santolini. A church visitation will be held on Monday, April 25, 2022 from 10:15am to 11am followed by a a funeral mass at 11am from Christ The Good Shepherd Parish - Church Of Sacred Heart, 1010 East Landis Avenue, Vineland. Interment will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.
