Obituary of Anita W. Gatens

Anita Wilhelmina (Cline) Gatens, 59, of Vineland, passed away unexpectedly on February 27, 2022. She was born in Alameda, California to Frederick and Joan (Michael) Cline. She spent most of her life in Vineland, NJ. She was a loving mother, mom-mom, aunt, sister, and friend. She will be deeply missed by all. She is survived by her three children, Melissa Brown-Bardelli (Mike), Kaitlyn Gatens (Matt), and Matthew Gatens (Sunni), and her loving canine companion, Elvis; four grandchildren, Dominick and Gianna Bardelli, and Ian and Everett Carrara; five sisters, Cynthia Buzby (Paul), Laura Ney (Mike), Debbie Green (Bill), Suzanne Grant (Doug), and Theresa Hofstetter (Tom); and one brother, Fred Cline (Bobbi). She was predeceased by her mother, Joan (Michael) Cline and grandmother, Clorinda (Michael) Ambrose. A funeral home visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 from 1pm to 3pm followed by a memorial service beginning at 3pm from Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland. Final disposition will be at the convenience of the family. Everyone is asked to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status.
