Obituary of Warren Soloway

Warren Soloway, a great man, passed away on February 8, 2022. Nearly 70 years devoted to his beloved wife Frances. He was an outstanding, proud father to the well-known Dr. Stephen Soloway. Born and raised at the end of the great depression in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn. A testament to his loyalty he is predeceased by his best pal Louis Modica, a friend since public school 139, Brooklyn, their friendship lasted a lifetime. Warren achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business from NYU Stern School of Business in 1955, with honors, and served in the Army National Guard at Camp Fort Drum in 1958. Warren was an account executive owning an advertising firm in Manhattan for his working career. An extremely proud grandfather of two, Alyxandra (Adam) and Jacob, his love for them was insurmountable. On a personal note, there was nobody more altruistic, loving, caring and considerate of others. Famous for his New Year's Day's party and homemade chili with Manhattan's, a regular at virtually all New York Jet home games and New York Met home games in the twilight of his career. Warren was loved by everyone lucky enough to have met him.
