Obituary of Christine A. Brago

Christine Anna (Campana) Brago, 93, of Vineland passed away on January 8, 2022 at Bishop McCarthy Residence in Vineland. Christine was born in Millville to the late Antonio and Lucia Campana. She worked for many years at Crown Clothing before retiring. After she retired she helped her son Anthony "Bud" working at Buddy's Bagels. Christine loved sewing, crocheting and cooking. But she mostly enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a longtime parishioner of Sacred Heart Church. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Shirley Brago; grandchildren, Luke Barile and Amelia Brago; great-grandchildren, Giavanna, Carmine and Gino Barile; nieces Renee Campana and Maryann Campana. Christine was predeceased by her husband, William Brago; daughter, RoseMary Barile; son, Anthony "Buddy" Brago; parents, Antonio and Lucia Campana; and her siblings, Emilio Campana, Antoinette Sagrati, Tom Gallina and Anthony Gallina. A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, January 12. 2022 at 11am from Christ The Good Shepherd Parish - Church Of Saint Isidore The Farmer, 1655 Magnolia Road, Vineland. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland. Everyone is asked to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status.
