Obituary of Anthony "Buddy" Brago

Anthony "Buddy" Brago, 63, of Vineland passed away peacefully on November 21, 2021. "Buddy" was born in Vineland to William and Christine (Campana) Brago and graduated from Vineland High School with the Class of 1976. He owned and operated Buddy's Bagels and also worked at the casinos in Atlantic City. After leaving the casino industry, he began working in the produce business with R.J. Ferrari Inc. for the last 25 years where he was well respected and loved. He was very passionate about cooking, loved his family especially his daughter Amelia and enjoyed being a member of the Harmony Gun Club. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Shirley (Ferrari) Brago; daughter, Amelia Brago; his mother Christine (Campana) Brago; father-in-law, Robert J. Ferrari Sr; mother-in-law, Patricia Brennan; brother-in-law, Robert J. Ferrari Jr (Leslie); sister-in-law, Debbie Sorantino (Stephen); his nieces & nephews, Luke Barile (Heather), Jana, Robert & Rachel and many cousins and friends especially Tony, Jason and Michael Campana. Anthony was predeceased by his father, Bill Brago and his sister, Rosemary Barile. A church visitation will be held on Saturday morning, November 27th from 9:30am to 11:45am followed by a funeral mass at 12pm from Saint Padre Pio Parish - Church Of Our Lady Of Pompeii, 4680 Dante Avenue, Vineland. Interment will follow in Our Lady Of Pompeii Cemetery, Vineland. Everyone is asked to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status.
