Obituary of Rose Guida

Rose (Vastano) Guida, 97, of Vineland passed away on April 26, 2009. Rose was born in Vineland to the late Dominic and Diletta Vastano and was a life long resident. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Jimmy Guida in 1988 and her eight siblings: Louse Zucca, George Vastano, Reba D'Ambrosio, Edward Vastano, Tina D'Ippolito, Anthony Vastano, Dominic Vastano, and Marie Mazzoni. Survivors include two sons, James H. Guida and wife Angela of Richmond, VA and John J. Guida and wife Irene of Vineland; Brooke (Blaine) Dooley, Susand (Brendan) Perry, Veronica (Brian) Duross, Genevieve (Jamie) Lugo, and Marielle Guida; great-grandchildren, Isaiah, Joshua and Giovanni Lugo, Joseph Duross and Finlay Dooley and very special niece, Beverly Kinkade. Rose enjoyed her travels to Europe, especially Italy. She was a fabulous cook and "Rose's Kitcher" was "THE" place to be. However, her true passion was her family to whom she was completely devoted. Rose was acaring, oving wife, mother, grammy, great-grammy and aunt. Rose's gentle, kind and loving spirit will be missed by all her knew her.
