Obituary of Denise E Killian

Rone Funeral Service 856-691-4222 Denise Elizabeth (Cresci) Killian, 74, of Vineland passed away peacefully Friday August 27, 2021. She was the eldest of three children born to Elizabeth (Sorrentino) and the late Richard Cresci. Upon graduating from Vineland High School in 1965, she attended Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia earning a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and later received her Teacher Certification K-8 from Glassboro State College. Years later, she also received a Substance Awareness Certification from Georgian Court College. Denise was employed by the Millville Public School System, teaching at various grade levels during her 34 year career. After retirement from teaching, she and her husband purchased a second home in Florida where they enjoyed spending much of their time and established many new friendships. What Denise valued most was her family; and her loyalty, love, and support will always be cherished. She will be remembered for her calm presence and compassionate nature, her willingness to listen and assist others, and her warm captivating smile. During her transition, she had the privilege of unwavering support, love, and prayers from family, friends, and caregivers; her earth angels to whom she was eternally grateful. Denise wished to be remembered with these parting words: "God bless all of you, love each other, forgive yourselves and others and always be kind, be grateful no matter what challenges you face. Leaving in peace and love." Denise is survived by her loving and devoted stepson Eric Killian; mother Elizabeth Cresci; sister Andrea Cresci-Fallucca (Phil); brother Jerry Cresci (JoAnn); her beloved aunt and godmother Rita Quinn; brother in-law Pat Killian (Joanne); sister in-law Jean Killian, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Kyran Killian in May 2021. Services will be private.
