Frank was an incredible man and left a lasting legacy in Vineland and all of New Jersey.
I had the honor of meeting him several decades ago, and felt blessed to have the chance to meet him.
It has been a few years now since he passed, but to those who knew him (or did not know him) his legacy lives on.
Despite his many businesses, perhaps his most lasting and important contribution to the community was his help in establishing the Cumberland County College.
Frank's son, Frank Guaracini, Jr., was also instrumental in the college's development, and he is honored in name by the Frank Guaracini, Jr. Fine and Performing Arts Center at the college (http://www.cumberlandcountycollegenow.net/history-of-cumberland-county-college).
To anyone who happens upon this tribute, know that Frank was a great and decent human being, whose contributions to the community will be seen and felt for decades to come.
