Obituary of Mathew B Kuhnreich
Mathew Ben Kuhnreich passed away unexpectedly just two weeks after his 34th birthday. Mathew was truly a unique individual who always did things his way, even as a small child. He was extremely bright, loving, charismatic, loyal and so very stubborn. He was fiercely independent.
Mathew graduated from Rowan University as a certified history teacher. Yet teaching was not what he wanted to do. He preferred sales and computers, and held key positions in the casino industry, such as a game show host. He craved excitement and constant motion. He was a tremendous musician, guitarist and an excellent drummer.
He and his fiancée Lauren loved their pets, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and watching old classic movies while at home in Mount Holly. Mathew certainly packed a lot of living into his short life. Even though he felt that teaching was not his first love, he really was an incredible educator. Mathew taught those around him to laugh wholeheartedly, live life to its fullest, embrace every day as if it were the last and to love with a full heart.
Mathew, a third generation Holocaust survivor, is sorely missed by his parents, Eli and Terry Kuhnreich, and his older brother, Ross. Mathew is survived by his grandmother, Genia Kuhnreich. He was exceptionally close to his late grandfather, Jacob Teichman and was deeply touched by his death, as well as the loss of his grandmother, Marie Teichman, his grandfather, Arthur Kuhnreich and his aunt, Manella Cohen.
Not a day will go by without remembering Mathew and his bigger than life personality. May he rest in peace in the company of his predeceased family and beloved fur babies.
A graveside service and burial will be held Monday, August 16th at 2:00 pm from Alliance Cemetery, 970 Gershal Ave, Norma.
ARRANGEMENTS are under the supervision of Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360
