Obituary of Rose Pulizotto

Rose Polisano Pulizotto, 82, of Flanders, NJ, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Princeton Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Rose was the youngest of nine children. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY to the late Enrico and Teresa Polisano, she was the wife of the late John Pulizotto who passed away in 2001. Rose and John raised their two children, John and Maryann in Brooklyn, NY. After retirement, Rose and John moved to Newport Richey, FL. She loved to cook for her family and loved to travel. She always looked forward to cruise vacations with her family. Rose was a loving mother to her son, John, and grandmother to her beloved granddaughter, Caitlin, who was the apple of her eye. She will always be remembered for her beauty both inside and out. Rose is survived by her son, John and his fiancée, Hannah Lee; granddaughter, Caitlin, as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Rose was predeceased by her husband, John; daughter, Maryann; brothers John (Joyce), Antonio (Ann), Vincent (Carmela), Joseph (Frances), and her sisters Ann Polisano, Ida Iannizzotto (Carmine), Mary Surace (Philip), Jennie Guzzi (Bruno). A graveside service and burial will be held Friday, July 9, 2021 at 2:00 pm from Sacred Heart Cemetery, 741 E Walnut Rd, Vineland.
