Obituary of Elizabeth C Kruger

Elizabeth C. "Betty" (Nessen) Kruger, 79, passed away surrounded by her children on Thursday, May 27th at Cooper University Hospital. A long time resident of Millville, Betty was a devoted daughter, wife, Mom, Nana, sister, aunt, and friend. Nothing was more important to her than family. Betty was known as the family cook, and her grandchildren would often request "Nana's mac-n-cheese". She enjoyed reading, especially on the beach, yardsaling with her sisters, playing Mexican Train Dominos, Words with Friends, and most recently dining with "the girls" in her final years at Spring Oak Assisted Living. She is survived by her three daughters Donna (Curtis), Robin (Bart), and Danielle (Bob); one son Fred (Christa); ten grandchildren Kyle, Kandice, Ashley, Kellen, Scott, Brandon, Daniel, Tyler, Caroline, and Jack; eighteen great grandchildren Lilliana, Victor Antonio, Beau, Sienna, Benjamin, Danica, Kaylee, Cooper, Laurel, Tessa, Bianca, Micheala, Jaidyn, Bryn, Danny, Everett, Jamie and #18 coming soon; four sisters Patricia, Sally (Andy), Ann and Kathy; as well as many, many nieces and nephews that will miss their "Aunt Bett". She is predeceased by her loving husband Frederick; mother Addie May (Stiles); dad Charles; father Norman Read; father-in-law C. Frederick; mother-in-law Thelma; sister Marty (Cotoia); three brothers Fred, Chick and Bill; son-in-law Danny. Betty would not want us to mourn her passing as she is no doubt dancing the jitterbug in Heaven with her husband. Everyone is still required to wear a mask and social distance A funeral home visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 2nd from 11am to 1pm followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm from Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland. Interment will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Millville. ARRANGEMENTS are under the supervision of Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360 In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to the Amyloidosis Foundation on her behalf in remembrance of her son-in-law Danny Graiff, whom she adored.
