Obituary of Sara A Walsh

Sara A. (Visconti) Walsh, 84, of Vineland, passed away on May 16, 2021 after a brief illness at Inspira Medical Center. She was born in Landisville to the late Rocky and Pasqualina (Sbarra) Visconti. She moved to Vineland in the 50's and was employed at Model Blouse, then employed with Ace Glass for over 20 years. Sara was a member of Christ The Good Shepherd Parish (Sacred Heart Church). She enjoyed watching game shows and western movies especially if John Wayne was starring. She loved being outdoors tending to her yard and garden, but her greatest love was spending time with her children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Richard J Walsh; son, Richard J Walsh Jr (Beverly); daughter, Mariann Coccaro (Tony); grandchildren, Nina Nilson (David), Richard Walsh (Roslinda), Stephanie Coccaro (Billy) & William Walsh (Katharine); great-grandchildren, Anthony Coccaro, Christian Coccaro, Adriana Nilson, Isabella Walsh & Sofia Walsh; sister, Patty Caruso and many nieces & nephews. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings. Due to COVID-19 restrictions everyone must still wear a mask and social distance. A funeral home visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 from 9:30am to 11am followed by a funeral service at 11am from Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland.
