Obituary of Lewis F. Mulholland

Louis F. "Sonny" Mulholland, 73, of Bridgeton passed away on April 21,2021 at Inspira Medical Center surrounded by his loved ones. Lou graduated VHS Class of 1966, and attended Cumberland County College. His whole working career he was a skilled carpenter. He played baseball for many different organizations. One of his passions included collecting Lionel Trains. He also enjoyed watching his favorite sports team, The Phillies with his great grandson Kylin. He loved playing and coaching baseball with his brother Chas. Louis' faith strengthen him to the very end. He loved reading and spending time on the computer researching things. He enjoyed spending time in the garage fixing and building things. And also took pleasure playing in the yard with his great grand twins. He will be loved and missed dearly………. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, April (Roberts) Mulholland; two daughters Denise L. Hinson and Tracy A Mallin (Noah); three grandchildren Ashley A. Roberts, Paige J Hinson and Hendrix Mallin; two very special great grand twins Kylin J. Roberts and Gianna J. Roberts; his sister, Sharon Tirante; his brother Charles Mulholland (Rita), and brother Michael R. DeStefano. He is also survived by other family members, Pat (Doc) Legg, Ethel Townley, Grace Nixon (Harold), David Roberts (Thelma), Sharon Weaver (Mark), Edith Moriarty (Thomas), Faith Lloyd (Monte), Christine Washington (Timothy) and several nieces and nephews. Louis was predeceased by his father, Lewis J. Mulholland; mother Joan M. DeStefano; brother Frank Mulholland, and brother-in-law John Tirante Due to COVID-19 restrictions everyone must wear a mask and social distance.
