Obituary of Peter L Grandi

Peter Louis Grandi, 82, of Vineland, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, September 28, 2010. He was the son of the late Lena (Mazochi) and Jesse Grandi. Peter served in the United States Army during World War II and received an Honorable Discharge. He enjoyed, hunting, horse racing and going to the casinos. He was a member of the Landisville Social Club. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Henrietta (Smolenack) Grandi; daughter and her husband Linda and John Adams, Sr.; and grandson John Adams, Jr., all of Vineland; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Peter was predeceased by sisters, Jane Watson, Louise Crowell and Evelyn Grandi and brother Jesse Grandi. A funeral home visitation will be held at 2:00 to 3:00 PM on Monday, October 4, 2010, followed by a Memorial Service and a Military Service at 3:00 PM from Rone Funeral Service. Final disposition will be private at the convenience of the family.
