Obituary of Mary Nancy Cook

Mary (Stassi) Cook, 90, of Vineland, passed away peacefully into the hands of the Lord on January 19, 2021 at the home of her daughter. Mary worked at American Sports Wear and went on to work at Dane Barse School for 16 years, retiring at the age of 82 years old. She loved her years working in the school kitchen. Mary and her husband Joe also enjoyed long rides in the car. She was loved by many friends, especially by her best friend Betty. Mary was known for her love for cooking her great meatballs and when you came in the door you had to sit down and eat. Mary is survived by her children, Kathleen Gagliardi (Joe), Joseph Cook (Sandy), and Gary Cook (Kathy). She was the beloved grandmother of Kimberly, Frank, Joe, Anthony and Stephanie and the beloved great grandmother of Nicholas, Joey, Avery, Aila, Allie and Alayna. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Cook; parents Vito and Katherine (LoBiondo) Stassi; brother George and nephew Vito Stassi We would sincerely like to thank Bayada Hospice Kellie, Carrie, Beth, Amy and Karen, also Lisa from Right at Home Services will be private for the family.
